If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and/ or the FactChecker Bot. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily use the information or software provided on FactChecker Bot's web site and/ or its corresponding service for personal and/ or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to FactChecker Bot's web site/ service shall be governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

TL; DR

  1. This website does not use cookies.
  2. The FactChecker Bot only logs the information provided through chat and only in order to provide the service for you.
  3. 3rd party service providers (Skype, Facebook Messenger, Microsoft Bot Framework etc) may log your data, according to their respective policies. Except for the chat data necessary for our service, we don't log anything else.
